1. What kind of photo should I send?

Please send a clear, well-lit photo where the people or pets
are visible.

For people portraits, full-body photos usually work best.

For pet portraits, close-up shots of the face (either fully
frontal or side view) give the best results.

If you're not sure which photo to choose, don't worry, I’ll
help you decide after the order!

2. Can I include more than one person or pet in a portrait?
Yes! Each product includes a standard number of figures.

But if you'd like to include more, you can select the exact
number during checkout, and the price will update
automatically.

3. How long does it take to make my portrait?

Handmade portraits usually take 2–5 weeks to create. If you
have a specific date in mind (like a birthday or anniversary),
please let me know and I’ll do my best.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I ship to Europe and the United States.

Please note that if you're in the U.S., import duties or fees may
apply upon delivery due to recent regulations.

If you’re unsure, I recommend checking with your local postal
service before placing an order.

5. How do I place an order?

Visit our website and choose your portrait. Within 24 business
hours after payment, I’ll contact you by email to request the
photo and any details I need.

6. I placed my order but haven’t heard from you, what
should I do?

If you haven’t received anything within 24h, please check
your spam folder. Still nothing? Feel free to email me directly
