Serena Lana is an independent handmade art studio offering custom handmade portraits, digital products, creative resources, and related services.

Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, slight variations in color, texture, size, or appearance are part of the nature of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs and descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

Custom Portraits

When placing an order for a custom portrait, you agree to provide photographs that you have the right to use.

The quality of the finished artwork depends partly on the quality and clarity of the reference images provided.

Once work has begun, changes to the portrait may not be possible or may incur additional charges, depending on the stage of production.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically.

After purchase, you will receive access to download your files as described on the product page.

Digital products are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, modify for resale, or commercially exploit any digital product without prior written permission.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice but will not affect orders already placed.

Applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment must be completed before production, shipping, or digital delivery begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guidance only.
