At Serena Lana, every handmade piece is created especially for you. Because our artworks are made to order, please allow time for careful crafting before your order is shipped.

Processing Time

All handmade portraits and physical products are made to order.

Please allow 2–6 weeks for production before shipping.

After placing your order, we will contact you within 48 business hours if we need any additional information, such as reference photos for custom portraits. Production will begin once all necessary details have been received.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or collection launches.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • European Union: approximately 5–10 business days

  • USA and other international destinations: approximately 7–21 business days

Please keep in mind that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to postal services, customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Method & Tracking

Orders are shipped using reliable postal services with tracking whenever available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when applicable.

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive all order updates.

Customs, Import Taxes & Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.

Serena Lana is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or fees caused by customs procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Serena Lana is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order is shipped.

Digital Products

Digital products, such as PDF patterns and downloadable resources, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Access instructions will be provided after purchase according to the product description.
